DTC has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your right to privacy. This statement outlines our personal information-handling practices for this Web site. This statement is readily available on our home page and at the bottom of every DTC Web page.

This site may contain links to other sites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the DTC website. DTC does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from DTC’s practices. DTC may make message boards, news groups, and/or public forums available to users on its websites. Collection of personal data

DTC collects personal information to operate effectively and to comply with government regulations (e.g., employment, tax, insurance). DTC collects and maintains Personal Information from its current and former employees, from individuals it may potentially employ or place for permanent or temporary employment with DTC customers, from current and former contingent workers (including temps and other non-employees) of DTC and at times, it may collect or be exposed to personal information from its customers. Through certain of the DTC Web sites, DTC collects personal information that is voluntarily provided by users when a user signs up for an account or other DTC Web site that allows for users to set up an account or otherwise submit information for the purpose of searching for temporary or permanent employment opportunities, submits his or her resume for inclusion in an DTC database or responds to a specific listed employment position.

The information DTC collects will be used only as described in this Privacy Statement and/or in the way we specify at the time of collection. We will not subsequently change the way your personal data is used without your consent. Some of the ways we may use your personal data include, but are not limited to:

In order to provide services to our customers, we may collect personal data from our customers. We may collect this information solely for the purposes of managing the work we are contracted to manage and for no other reason. DTC will abide by any contractual obligations contained in any customer agreement related to the collection of Personal information we receive from the customer.

DTC notifies all identified data subjects about the purposes for which personal data is collected and used. In appropriate situations, however, Personal information may be “anonymized” so that the identity of individual data subjects cannot be known. In these cases, DTC will not notify you regarding the purpose for which personal data is collected and used by DTC.

Sharing your personal data

DTC may disclose your personal information to any member of the DTC of companies. This includes our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

The sharing of personal information with DTC affiliates may include combining the personal information gathered by certain DTC Web sites with information independently gathered on other DTC websites into one or more database(s) useable by DTC, including all of its affiliates. We safeguard your privacy interests around the world by ensuring that this DTC site adheres to our data protection principles described in this statement. Such export is a requirement of providing the data to DTC.

Companies within DTC may use the information in connection with processing requests by potential customers or potential employers of contract workers or temporary employees. DTC may disclose personal data about you to potential employers (direct placements) or potential customers if you are a contract worker we are seeking to assign to a customer.

It is DTC’s practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

We may collect and possibly share personal data and any other additional information available to us in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of DTC’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

DTC will only share personal data about you that is relevant to our legitimate business purposes or as required to meet legal or regulatory requirements. Your personal data is never sold or leased to any external company, unless you have granted us permission to do so.

DTC does not disclose personal information about its employees without specific authorization from or notice to the employee, as provided in this statement, or as required by law. In addition, DTC does not collect more Personal information than is needed to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Statement, unless requested by an DTC customer and consented to by the data subject.

Should you withdraw consent to the use of your information for any of the above-identified purposes, we will stop using your information for such purposes as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so. DTC will also notify you if withdrawing consent affects our ability to service you.

As a part of our providing services to our customers, we may share personal data from our customers with other third parties as instructed by the customer. We may share the personal data with others solely for the purposes of managing the work we are contracted to manage and for no other reason and will abide by any contractual obligations contained in any customer agreement related to the sharing of personal data we receive from the customer.

Data integrity

DTC takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete and current. All current and former employees of DTC, applicants for specific jobs within DTC and current and former contingent workers (including temps and other non-employees) of DTC, as well as individuals we may potentially employ, are asked to inform DTC immediately in the event of changes in personal information.

Security of your personal data

DTC is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. DTC uses a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. DTC supports online security using secure server technology because we want your data to be safe. There are state-of-the-art security arrangements and facilities on DTC sites to prevent abuse.

Children's privacy

This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. DTC does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.
