Paystubs & W-2's
To get your W-2, payroll history or paystub, you must log-in to your Employee File/Portal. W-2’s will be available by January 31st.
- Use the username and password you set up at the time of hire to login. If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the on screen instructions during log-in or contact your local Focus office for help.
- Click Pay History Tab on the top of the screen.
- Click W-2 (on the left-hand side of the screen) to view and print.
